		<description>I am in perimenopause and I feel like I am dying.  I had blood tests done last week to find out if I can take HRT because the symptoms are so bad I can barely leave my house.

Body aches, anxiety, dizzy, feels like I&#039;m walking on a boat, panic attacks, etc.

I also went to a cardiologist because the first hot flash I had was so strong I thought I was having a heart attack.  I am now wearing a heart monitor.  My echocardiogram was negative.  Also had a stress test. 

Menopause is hell. I also have generalized anxiety disorder which complicates things. 

I am also supposed to see a neurologist.  To rule out other things I guess.  However my hormone blood test indicates perimenopause.  Estriol level of 84 and high FSH Levels. 

I was 50.6 years old when the really bad symptoms started. Prior to that everything was normal.  Never had any difficulty with my periods.</description>

		<description>I have had frequent severe restless legs for decades.  I&#039;m taking Mixapex with very little if any good results.  My brother suggested trying body lotion on my legs and feet.  I thought, I may as well try as nothing else seemed to work including Vitamin and mineral supplements and yes leg message and exercise.  

After rubbing a good quality lotion with low alcohol content on my legs and feet, I have had not one single night of restless legs.  I have also reduced my Mirapex medication in half and hopefully can discontinue altogether soon.  I started the lotion routine two months ago.  What a Godsend this has been for my brother and me.  And for you too I hope!</description>
